Dear Ms Gomperts,
Re: infringement of DIESEL trademark, image and reputation by the DOMAIN: DIESELFORWOMEN.COM

Diesel S.p.A. is the exclusive owner of the trademark “Diesel” duly registered worldwide.

It came to our attention that you have registered the domain name www.DIESELFORWOMEN.COM confusingly similar to Diesel’s trademark and that your are seriously damaging DIESEL reputation and image by promoting abortion in the name of our company.

Diesel has nothing to do with the contents of your website. You have never been authorized to register any domain name under the Diesel trademark. This domain is seriously detrimental for our image and reputation.

We are aware that the domain is also associated with a Facebook page.

You are misleading consumers to believe that the website is connected with Diesel S.p.A. or approved by our company.

You are herewith required to immediately  shut down the website.

We are looking forward to receiving your prompt and satisfactory reply within 24 hours from the receipt of this letter, absent of which, Diesel will pursue this matter before the appropriate courts and/or arbitration panels without further advice. Any further rights reserved.

Best Regards
Diesel SpA
